5. LEADS

  • Our team leader has built an incredibly successful business based solely on referrals and sphere of influence. He shares some of these leads on a round robin basis with team members.

  • We have a long list of referral sites you can sign up for that send referrals in exchange for a fee.

  • We round robin marketing leads from our website, social media and Zillow leads.

  • Leads should not be the primary reason you join a team. The value of joining a team is in its leadership, its willingness to devote time to agent development, its tools, resources and training, its culture and its administrative support.  These factors combined will enable you to build your own book of business. On our team, you ar expected to generate business on your own.
