We are neighborhoods experts in Minneapolis, Saint Paul and the first two rings of surrounding suburbs. Alex grew up on the east side of Saint Paul and knows the city and the suburbs around it like the back of his hand. He moved to Minneapolis in 1998 and has lived there ever since. Christine moved to Minnesota from Nevada in 1994 and lived in various parts of Uptown, Minneapolis while attending school at the University of Minnesota. Together we bought a small bungalow in Bryn Mawr, Minneapolis in 2001. Rachel grew up in Chanhassen and Minnetonka but has also lived in Crystal, Uptown and NE Minneapolis. We know that the neighborhood you choose can be just as important as the home itself. Rest assured, we know the culture, the taxes and real estate valuation trends in each neighborhood from east to west in the Twin Cities.
